Today was quick and easy beer brats on the grill but tomorrow I'm firing up the smoker for some pulled pork..

Smoked and reverse seared this Waygu T-Bone. We have Short Ribs going on in the morning for 8 hours or so.

I’m about 6 hours in on this smoke - the fat is rendering and drawing up to expose the bones. I’m about 30 minutes from wrapping these babies.
