Is there a way to be able to still retain the traction control or other feature while in O+. This will be one of my wife's daily drivers and would like to keep some of the safety stuff enabled.

I think you can just turn on OR+, then hit the traction control button to turn the traction control back on, but maybe that's a function of the Taser. I do know that after running in OR+ and shutting the Jeep off, the Taser will keep the traction control off, even though the Jeep resets OR+ to be off. Kind of a weird quirk.

Offroad+ doe not disable MDS...
It does in my 2024. Light throttle cruise at any speed, coast down off the throttle, etc. I can not make 4cly show up. Turn OF+ to "off" , and 4cyl shows up immediately under the same conditions.

From the off road + thread

Same…Posted this in the thread above a while back:

“2023 20A 392 (May Build) Sting Gray - NO MDS in Offroad+
Spent quite a bit of time in this mode today (On the Road) and the MDS 4 Cylinder Mode would not engage regardless of “anything” that I tried / Even tried many of the suggestions in this trail where others claim their “BEAST” drops into the MDS Mode - No Clue why mine won’t engage however I am happy it doesn’t in this mode - Very Interesting ✌️
Meant to add….It’s seems to behave very similar to the Sport Mode in my 2022 JGC WL74 2 Row 5.7L Summit Reserve which also will not engage the MDS in the Sport Mode however the 392 is more aggressive for sure!”

FYI…mine is disabled I am running Diablosport PCM…disabled it months ago lost 0.6-0.8 mpg best I can tell…
The main point here was the center of the Scott Blum comment, they never collapse, therefore they are not being cycled, therefore longevity increases…period…

It may've been discussed here already, but the correct screen needs to be displayed to see the "4CYL" light when the MDS kicks in- if it does. You'd have no other way of knowing unless you're listening. my '22 definitely kicks into MDS when in Off-road+.
