Has anyone installed this yet? What happens if you have a dead battery?

Several of us on this forum have this installed. If you do a quick search you'll find it mentioned in several threads. @Turboencabulator did a great review and write up on it, including options for unlocking in the event of a power failure. Bottom line, it works very well and does not interfere with the front camera. It has a built-in safety that allows you to plug in an alternate power source in case of battery failure. You also can pull a hose and manually use an alternate air source like a bicycle pump to get it open in worst case if you had no alternate power source.
