Shipping is free but there is a small $12.95 handling fee to cover packaging costs.

That's not how we intended to come off. So I apologize for any confusion. I can tell you though depending on the buyers location shipping has averaged anywhere between $40-$80. However that shipping cost is covered under the free shipping. We also provided the promo code to help offset the handling fee as well.
