Jeep isn't done spreading the V8 gospel across its range, according to a recent report. One of its top executives pointed out there's a big demand for a V8-powered Gladiator, and we already know the engine fits in the Wrangler. "If you scour the forums, there are tons of people that I'm sure would love to buy a V8 Gladiator," affirmed Brandon Grimus, the Gladiator line's senior brand manager, in an interview with enthusiast site Muscle Cars & Trucks.

Just wondering how many of you would go with the Gladiator 392 over the Wrangler 392 if it was available now?

I'm glad they are (hopefully) doing it. I still prefer the Wrangler over a Gladiator, but know there is demand for the Gladiator out there.

I will stick with Wrangler for interior room but the first rumor I heard about 392s was for the gladiator over a year ago. They are putting the 470 HP 392 in the new Grand Wagoneer too!

I am certainly in the market for a 392 Gladiator and would be one of the first in line to trade my JL 392 for a JT 392 or maybe even my WKII Trackhawk

I would stay with my Wrangler. The Gladiator won’t fit in my garage and I think I might be disappointed in the ride when compared to my previous pickup, a 2019 Ram 1500.

I'm surprised we haven't heard any new rumors about this coming out soon. I figured when Ford was teasing the Bronco Raptor, Jeep would roll out with a Gladiator 392 teaser.
