Jeep App Google Maps

The map doesn’t display when I open the Jeep app and look at my vehicle location. And trips. I have an iPhone 17 but have had the same problem on earlier iPhone models. I’ve made sure that everything is updated and tried restarting and reinstalling the apps. I had some success with turning on Share Location under App Clips in the Privacy and Security settings.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

Map shows for me. Are you sure you've given the Jeep app location access? I assume so since it shows the address. What happens when you disconnect from WiFi and use cellular network?

Also, I assume good intent from everyone here, but be careful sharing your address in a public forum.

Thanks for the good advice. It doesn't work on cell or wifi. I think it's some kind of blocker on the phone. I even tried to switch on location services in all of my apps, but it didn't help. Jeep Cares sent it to Connected Services who started a case on the issue. I don't think it's the app but I had hoped that the computer techs would have seen this and have a solution.

Thank you so much @Robr651 I'm still a forum newbie. I visited a forum etiquette site when I joined the JL Wrangler forum but had to look up most of the terms. I also found out that Urban Dictionary is a bad place... a very bad place...

Great idea! Yes, on my laptop and on my phone using Safari. I thought it might be some kind of DNS blocker but I've got AdGuard and Adblock Pro off.

I have the same issue open the Jeep App on my iPhone and the map/trips tab is blank. Re‑installing and rebooting didn’t help. I did briefly get the map to show after enabling “Share Location” under iOS Privacy App Clips, but it didn’t stick.
Maybe it’s a permissions issue or a problem with your Uconnect Services subscription or connectivity . I’ve seen several posts where the app lost “vehicle location” even when remote‑start/lock worked.
If anyone’s fixed this for good, I’d love to hear how.
