Wow, Z Auto is listening to their customers with a huge new firmware beta:

Just updated mine, nice to have an option to chose what to turn on and off.
That's also what I wished it had all along. Beside the MDS disable nothing was a must have for me, although now they did add some intriguing features: sport mode, and the security lock feature.

Don't care about the RFBlk any longer since I've installed the updated TSB-08-151-25 firmware.

Is this the Beta that includes the above?

That one has been up for a while, so I do not think it has all the new features. I downloaded 24.0.6.2 last week. I downloaded this one again just now and it's the same 24.0.6.2 version.

The manual and firmware are not final, so here are few Q&A's that I've asked and received answers to:

Q1. What does the “Sport” mode for the Jeep JL means? Is it akin to Pedal Commander, or does it modifies the speed shift table?
A1. No, not akin to Pedal Commander. It is the engine component to Offroad+ and makes the engine more responsive. Doesn't modify the speed shift table because that component of the offroad+ isn't being used.

Q2. Are the “NoStart” and “NoPower” static settings to prevent theft?
A2. The NoStart and NoPower are settings you set to enable when the lockdown is enabled and they remain until you turn them off in the security menu.

Q3. How does the “AutoLockDn” interacts with the Tazer Pin Lock?
A3. This part is still in development and will be the same pin and if the pinlock trips, the settings selected for the pinlock. It is designed so you only have to enter the pin once with both enable to access the vehicle. Note currently if you have the Tazer then disable the pin in the Tazer while using this feature in the no limitz so you know what is happening. It will be a firmware update to the Tazer when it is finished.

Q4. Is the “ChangeCode” meant as the NoLimitz version of the Tazer Pin Lock?
A4. The reason for the different name was to give it distinction from the Pinlock in the Tazer and it is a separate product. Note if if you don't enable the feature in the no limitz it remains disabled and doesn't activate when tripped. So you want to enable the ones you want to use.

Q5. The “Compatibility” text on page 2 implies that NoLimitz can disable IGLA and/or Tazer (Pin?)
A5. For Igla is you select the same pin, such as +++- for the No Limitz and the IGLA, the vehicle will start and satisfy the No Limitz and the IGLA in compatibility mode. (It might even start faster).

Q6. What does Valet Mode do? How is it different than Teen Mode?
A6. Valet mode limits the torque and the speed limit and eliminates the need to enter the pin while it is enabled.

Q7. Any interaction with the TSB-08-151-25 (The one that disables the in vehicle key cloning) firmware?
A7. No should be good!

I had seen this other instagram page and had been holding off but once this is all set ill be installing one

Since I have Nolimitz and IGLA this interaction is intriguing. However, I will hold off to see real world experience.

Here are the first impressions with the new firmware:

1. The MDS - seems to stay off. However, 90% of the time in the past it stayed off too, it's just that every now and then it was turning on on its own.

2. The Sport mode - not very noticeable, but I wasn't heavy footed either, so it needs further testing. The exhaust seems noisier though, but no additional burps when engine braking. ☹️ Gosh, I love those burps!

3. The Security mode doesn't accept the default pincode in the manual, so I can't test it. Informed Z Automotive and awaiting resolution.

My biggest reason for getting NoLimitz was the MDS disable, so if that works, and keeps working, anything else is a bonus for me.

Mine was sent to me via email.
Thank you! I sent them an e-mail requesting they send the file my way. The one on the website is a prior release so they must be using select folks as guinea pigs before its formally released.

Same more testing:

Sport mode - I do in-fact get more burps when braking or downshifting. Yay!

MDS - off - still off, so that's a good sign.

Security - Lot's of settings, tested most and all work as expected. I was advised to turn-off the Tazer pin code for now, and use the "Auto" setting to use the NoLimitz pin security.
