How to properly tow on a flatbed?

Folks, I'm preparing my rig to be towed to the dealership to fix the crankshaft pulley. Some questions and wanted to hear from your experiece.

I'll still have to drive out of my garage to AAA flatbed, I think it should be fine. What happens afterwards, I'm not certain especially the procedure and how to handle the automatic transmission and transfer case to avoid damages.

You don't have to do anything. The vehicle is stationary because it's strapped down to the flat bed. Keep it in park.
