How much oil in first 500 to 1,000 miles?

How much oil has everyone added in the first five hundred to a thousand miles? Did the oil level go down a lot initially like the instruction manual said it might?

hmm I guess that in the manual … I will have to look but is it indicating to check and then add as necessary ?

Same here... 2,200 miles and never needed to add any. Just had the 1st oil change done at dealer.

Changed the oil at 2770 didn't use any.

Also changed oil at around 2,500 miles. No drop in oil level.

At 2912 miles. Just checked it and it’s full. Doing the first change this weekend.
