How many 392’s are they going to produce?

I think they will make as many as they can sell.

I think the Gladiator will be next. Many of the changes made to the 392 are already done on Gladiator.

They e-mailed me saying it was starting assembly 4/25/21 to 5/15/21. I will believe it when I see it. I do not understand why I put $5K down in November and mine has not been assembled wile Auto Trader has like 80 of the 392's for sale! The dealer originally told me January !#$%^%$

One has to ponder how many of those 80 are actually on the ground. I suspect dealers are just putting out ads to drum up traffic.

There is big demand for the 392 in SoCal, maybe in the whole West Coast. All about demand and supply. Sadly.

Try 1 cochran chrysler dodge jeep ram they had a blue one .when I left Saturday.Think it’s still listed on there site for sale.Someone was suppose to pick it up but I’d say they didn’t .From way salesman were talking

When the TrackHawk began production in 2017 for the 2018 model year, orders by individuals were off the hook, I was someone that fit that category. Some dealers ordered several to offer from their lots. The 2019 and 2020 model years saw a significant decline in sales of TrackHawks each of those years. In mid 2020 there was a dealer in Sterling Heights Michigan that still had 3 of the 5 TrackHawks on the lot that they acquired in early 2018 for sale and offering them at significant discounts. Might something along the same line occur with the 392? High demand initially but dropping off over time possibly because of the cost? Thoughts anyone?

I think that is a possibility. That said, the 392 Wrangler is the ultimate toy for those with the funds. Trackhawk your talking around a 100k if I am not mistaken. Loaded Wrangler about 83-85k? So there is a bit of a spread there. And remember how well regular Wranglers hold there value as compared to the SUV Trackhawk. But really just speculation at best.

I agree. The Wrangler is an iconic vehicle and its popularity and following is something many other car manufacturers wish they had. Yes, the 392 may be a flop, but I highly doubt it.

Just Sayin... I do like your response and certainly hope the Wrangler 392 continues to enjoy successful demand and sales... we'll see! Just to let readers know there are several companies that have been performing Hemi swaps into Wranglers for years for a not too outrageous price.

I contacted many of the dealers with autotrader adds . Most of them are orders with deposits attached and are not in fact for sale.

I was under the impression a hemi swap was close to 30k plus the cost of the Wrangler.

I was about to buy a diesel on Monday, walked into the dealer, Sting Gray 392 out front with a %K mark up. Thought it was a sold unit, needless to say mine now at sticker. they are moving them.
