Are people still having issues with hood latches rattling? Have anyone replaced the factory ones?

I bought and installed the same ones just to add a bit security and they are pretty tight, no rattle at all. Even the factory ones are not issues.Mine have not rattled at all. I just removed them for PPF and they work flawlessly. Is it the latch rattling, the hood not being held down enough, or the bolts holding the latch onto the hood? In any case that should not happen, maybe a warranty claim?
As far as replacing them I have thought about this option because it looks OEM and provides a bit more security. I think @CBH has these on his 392.

After looking closer, it’s the Hood Alignment being off not the Latch. My hood is mounted slightly ajar so that the front Passenger corner is about 3/8” off - toward the Passenger side. This results in the Driver side hood latch to be very tight and the Passenger side to be slightly loose. My factory Hood Latches don’t Rattle, but the Passenger side is loser than the Drivers side. Checked the nuts and tried adjusting but not
much to work with.
I was a little surprised to see the hood flutter a little on a recent 500 mile round trip Freeway drive Saturday, passing Semis and the 40 MPH. Cross wind. I was hoping Jeep had solved that, especially with this huge hood.
Anyway, gonna find some solid ones like I had on my Jk.
For Security… hasn’t anyone figured out how to retrofit an old fashion cable-spring-release-latch for these things?
I never really thought about people messing with my Jk, but now
Seems like there has to be a fairly easy way to install the cable-spring-lock and either route the Pull inside the cab like it should be from the Facotry or somewhere… behind the bumper, up inside the Step-Rock-Rail… somewhere no one would expect to look for a hood release, especially on a Wrangler.
Anyone see this solution out there?
