After a long break without a Jeep running other off road toys I bought a new 2021 Rubicon 392. I've done a little off roading, some winter fun driving but its been a secondary toy for a few years. I was thinking about selling it and buying something else and decided to drive it a bit before selling it and it has grown on me quite a bit. My BMW M8 and Escalade have been gathering dust most of the summer as I have been enjoying the 392 so much.
I decided that if I am to keep this think I need to add a lift and some 37s, some off road lighting and some other goodies to take it up a notch. I am supposed to be getting my lift and tires later this week but as fate would have it I am having some transmission issues after some mudding 2 days ago (post in problems and issues). Hoping to get those resolved quickly so I can move on with the fun stuff. As it looks like I am going to keep this Jeep for a while (assuming it gets fixed lol) , I joined this group and am looking forward to learning from your mistakes instead of just mine... . I live in West Michigan, enjoy traveling, camping, adventure motorcycles, and off road exploration. I will probably expand some of my motorcycle camping to the Jeep and try to make some local and not-so-local rides and events. over the winter and into next year.
So thats my intro. Cheers,
JC
