Ever since having my battery replaced at the dealer my headlights are always on with engine running even in bright daylight. I took the Tazer out for the trip to the dealer and updated the firmware. I cant see either of these things causing the headlights to always be on but nothing else has changed. Any ideas?

I assume there's nothing blocking the sensor on the windshield?

I removed the Tazer, no change.

I have also located three fuses that sound like they could be the problem. All checked good.

Put your Tazer back on and go into the sub menus. One of the settings may have gotten jacked up with your dead battery

I will try that as I have nothing else to look at at this point but Z Automotive has already said that they have never seen that before.

I would toggle them back and forth even if they look correct.
You might also try a full reboot and a couple of sleep cycles.
