At 1196 miles, 75mph, about 200’ beyond the nearest car, and I took a rock right in the center of the windshield. I’ll update how Jeep manages the warranty and/or the windshield coverage.

my last JKUR, had anyw from 3-6 chips, cracks, etc., every year and it was a simple, annual attendance to get a new windshield. It’s just part of the game with the design. But damn, I was hoping for at least 6 months. I’m only 6 weeks in!

I got one shortly after buying mine. Gorilla Glass held up well. It just looks like 2 pin dots. But man, it was loud when it hit

I had the same thing happen... in Arizona... around 2000 miles... 75mph... "something" hit the GG just to the left (driver's side) of the mirror... instant crack that ran down and then back up behind the electronics module... OUCH. Wasn't even considering a warranty claim.. but now I will be. I'll update accordingly

I just had STEK DynoFlex installed on my GG. I know it's just a matter of time before I get hit so I went ahead and had this done. I don't want to deal with getting it replaced and the associated headaches.

it took the dealer about a month to provide a response we. First, they were unaware of any coverage. They had to look this up to verify this. Then, as I am told, GG will do a 1x lifetime replacement.
I chose to wait. It doesn’t bother me and hasn’t spread.
summer is coming. I’ll do my usual process of waiting till I get 3-4 hits, then replace once per year on average.

That’s what I understand. But it’s covered by Corning. They will replace it 1 time. That is what the dealer told me, after I told them I was aware of the coverage.
