I recently bought a Bluetti Charger 1 and have it mounted in the rear of my 392 next to my Bluetti AC180, it comes with 20ft of cable and I routed it along the passenger side under the passenger seat and was going to go out the drain hole and route along the top of the frame to the battery but the cable is too short. The only way it will reach is to go through the passenger side firewall and straight up to the battery. Has anyone had luck routing cables/wires through the passenger side? I believe the Aux wires pass through there somewhere but have not pulled the fender or glove box yet.

Do they make an extension cable so you can just get the length you need and route it to it your preferred way?

They only have the 20ft cable with the built in circuit breaker, I spoke with them yesterday and if you use any other cables they will not warranty anything. Im just going to have to drill a small hole directly in front of the passengers feet.

Why not just use the Aux wires in under the passenger side dash? That's how I did mine.

My stereo amps come off the battery, travel along the frame, and come in from under the passenger seat. IIRC, there is a drain plug you can come up through... From there, you can route it through the passenger-side door trim and make it to the rear. Not sure if this will be short enough get you there. If not, a small pigtail and a good electrical connection will finish it off.

Alternatively, you may tap into your AUX wires, located inside the Jeep, to power it… depending on your AMP requirements.

I thought about that but was not sure as the Input Amperage is 50A - 12V / 25A - 24V. Are you running a Bluetti Charger 1 off one of the 40 amp switches? I have a twin ARB compressor under the passenger seat and its tied into one of the Aux switches and I ran the power leads through the drain plug you mentioned and along the top of the frame which is what I planned to do with this but the cable is about 3 ft too short.
