I was out on a bumpy trail today and was playing around with the high and low speed adjusters. I was going from full CC to full CW on the low speed adjuster. The rear adjustment is always difficult because of the position of the shock, it would have been nice to have the adjuster on the top, like the front shocks. I think the highspeed setting was all the way open, when I went to open the low speed more, I must have gone too far CC and all of a sudden the whole adjuster came undone with a pop and sprayed oil all over. I retrieved the adjuster and had to force it back in and turn the low speed adjuster CW to hold the assembly in the shock body. I'll have to call Accutune on Monday and probably have to send it in. I just hope the stock shock will fit back in and work while the other one is in for repair. Needles to say I don't know it was possible for the adjuster to back out to far and blow....

A follow up on this problem.....Accutune is going to repair the shock no cost....they said it sounds like a retaining clip may have been missing from the manufacturer....
