Does anyone know what this is because I'm assuming it's not water because it's staining the concrete so I'm just curious on what is coming from underneath the Jeep and staining the concrete.

Those pictures aren’t going to help much. What color is it? If it’s pinkish it’s the coolant. If it’s darker it’s either oil or transmission fluid. The transmission fluid has a greenish hue and will glow in black light / UV.

Are all of those spots from the same event, or is that from several different times parking? I assume the latter, since you mention staining, but they all look fresh from the pictures so need to ask. When running, have you gotten out to see if you can see where is was leaking from? Given the sizes of the staining, it would seem that there is a pretty constant dripping.

I agree with Robr above, color of the liquid would be very helpful.

Could be coming from the oil filter or assembly. Coolant lines in the same area. Or, trans line connections, same side but a bit further back. Unfortunately, it's probably going to take a crawl under to see.

My 392 had a transmission cooler line coupler start leaking in that same area. Take it to the dealer for repairs under warranty.

Attached. I keep parking at similar spots multiple times so it's a buildup of multiple parking occasions.

I thought it was condensation at first also but he said its staining the concrete and picture #2 above looks like petroleum to me. It's not uncommon to have a leak near the oil filter where the trans cooler line runs through.

Yes, it's definitely staining and then the more I keep parking at those areas, it keeps building / adding up.

Does a BMW also park there? Looks like oil.

In all seriousness, I occasionally get some when my oil filter somehow gets loose or if the oil change place gets some oil on the skid plate.

Look at the underside of your oil filter and check for signs of leaking.

Well, I found a quick solution and some may not like it. Hopefully this one doesn't start leaking and needing to go potty as well.

Unfortunate, but I get not wanting to keep something that has persistent issues. Having the comfort that a vehicle is reliable is a must for me.

I had a similar issue which was oil from the oil filter. Dealership said the filter was loose, but when I checked it prior to the trip to the dealership it was plenty tight. I have only driven home since the repair with no leaks. I first noticed the leak after a trip that included hard driving, high RPMS. not sure if that had anything to do with it but no issues before that trip and nothing since the repair

No high rpm driving on the prior 392 and that's reserved for the Z06.
