Hey guys, thought we'd share the progression of this 2024 392 Final Edition build that we've got going on in the shop right now. We'll update this thread as things move along.

Highlights of the build are:
- TeraFlex 4.5" lift with Alpine IR arms and front Speedbump bumpstops, rear Fox Race Series 2.0 bump stops
- Falcon 3.3 Series 8-way adjustable piggyback shocks
- Full XPEL Stealth paint protection film (PPF) application
- 42x13.50R17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT tires
- 17x9 Fuel Beadlocks, starting with a polished finish we'll powdercoat the wheels in Firecracker red and the bead rings in matte black)
- Rock Jock front & rear Anti-Rock sway bar systems
- Motobilt Gladius front frame chop bumper
- Motobilt Crusher rear bumper
- Motobilt aluminum front & rear hi-line fenders
- Artec Falcon compatible front & rear inner fender liners
- Motobilt spare tire carrier w/license plate relocation bracket
- Baja Designs LP4, Squadron, XL and XL Linkable LED lights throughout
- Rigid Industries A-Series white rock lights
- Monster Hooks Swivel Hooks
- APEX PErformance steering boost kit w/cooler
- On-board air with an ARB twin compressor and dual quick chucks under each front set
- Adams 1350 front & rear driveshafts
- WARN VR EVO Series 10S winch with Factor55 FlatLink & Rope Guard
- Oracle Oculus Switchback LED headlights
- S&B Filters cold air intake system
- Magnaflow rock crawler hi-tuck dual cat-back exhaust system

With 19 miles on the odometer, we got it up on the hoist to begin the TeraFlex 4.5" CT4 suspension system with Alpine IR arms and front Speedbump bump stops. We'll be adding Fox Race Series 2.0 rear bumps once they come in. The front axle will also be trussed and gusseted with an Artec armor kit.

Suspension is all done, so now its time for a strip down and heading over to our sister shop, AZ Auto Shield, for the full-body XPEL Stealth Paint Protection Film (PPF) application.

XPEL is great for Jeeps since it's self healing when exposed to heat, so you can eliminate fine scratches and swirl marks. There's also a 10-year warranty that covers defects like yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating.

Have you had good luck with the factory transfer case on your other 392 builds ?

Awesome build above !

So far (knock on wood), we haven't had any issues.

Update - rear Motobilt hi-line fenders are installed with Artec inner liners and a pair of white Rigid rock lights in each fender well. We also started prepping the for the front Motobilt fenders, which involves cutting off the "steps" from the factory fenders. The front will also get a pair of Rigid rock lights and the 3/4" LEDs will be wired to the running lights.

With 4.5" lift and 1350's are you experiencing any vibrations?

It so bizzare. My Jeep shop hasn't seen any TC issue either and they do serious builds and a lot of 392s. Maybe the 392 forum causes the issues.

42” on stock axles?
Only for now as we wait for his Dynatrac 60/80 axles to come in. There's a bit of a backorder right now.

Moving along....finished up the Motobilt fenders & liners, installed a Baja Designs 8-light XL overhead lightbar along with a pair of Baja LP4 LED spot lights, got the Motobilt rear Crusher bumper on with Baja Squadron back-up lights, as well as a Motobilt heavy duty spare tire mount. We test fitted a 42 on it to make sure it cleared the bumper and didn't cause tailgate sag, and it flawlessly performed.

Where are the fender and liner pictures?

Had to leave a panel off the front Artec liners to access the wiring for the rock lights, but it's almost there 🙃

Also got the Doetsch 2.5-TON 7075 Aluminum Steering kit installed, Motobilt Gladius front frame chop bumper went on too, with a Warn winch and a pair of Baja XLs on a fairlead bracket and amber SAE squadrons for fog lights. Plus a set of Oracle's Oculus switchback LED projector headlights.

Wheels just came back from powder....just in time for us to hear that the Dynatrac axles are shipping earlier than planned.

So...anyone want a deal on 17x9 Fuel Rincon true beadlock wheels (5x5 bolt pattern, -38mm offset) powdercoated in Firecracker Red with BK109 black textured bead rings? Comes with custom black caps too.

Now we've got to send a set of 8-lug wheels to get coated. :p

What kind of deal? I don't need red, but for the right deal, I can coat them bronze or black.
