Does the Recon Package affect performance?

I have a 2021 392 and may order a 2022 with the Recon package. Does anyone know (or suspect) that the different gearing and 35" tires will reduce acceleration or gas mileage?

Shorter gears should improve acceleration. There are charts regarding tire size and gearing regarding gas mileage.

Bigger tires are obviously heavier, so there is a penalty, but gearing does come into play.
