Does anyone have more miles on their 392 than I do?

Picked mine up at the dealer on May 21, 2021, so now 17 months in and just turned over 10,400 miles. 9 mile drive to work and I tow it on a trailer to go on off-roading trips to Colorado, etc. Blessed with no problems, just oil changes. Most fun vehicle I have ever owned!

I've had mine for a little over a year and I'm around 7500 miles. That's a few trips to the beach, the TX Hill Country, and just poking around the countryside. I drive a company vehicle for work otherwise it would be quite a bit more. It is perfect because I can leave the top off for months on end, if it's a beautiful day sometimes I'll take the 392. If it's not she stays in the garage.

I just turned 18000, 10.5mpg
It’s not my daily driver for work but I drive it most days. Only problems I’ve had were the electronic gremlins when I first took delivery like CarPlay dropping, reverse sensors going crazy after I replaced my spare on day one. They have all been fixed by updates and tire carrier replacement. It has Nitto TGs 37x13.5x20, which were added first day along with Tazer, pedal commander and regear to 4:56 before the Extreme Recon was a thing. S&B CAI, Borla S-type, RK 2.5 inch lift with Fox 2.5 Perfomance Elite DCS shocks, Rigid lights, winch, rock lights etc…..I only put all of this here because I drive it like a race car and “knock on wood everyone please” I haven’t had a single major issue yet.

Picked my XR 392 up in February 2022. I have 17,781 on it. I average about 14 mpg out of it. Mostly highway miles so can’t expect much. But honestly gas mileage wasn’t why I purchased it so I don’t really care. I drive mine daily and love it.

So far I have done the following adds to it: Midland MXT 575, 10-S Zeon Platinum winch and Rockslide Engineering power steps.

Plan to add ARB twin compressor next. But really struggling with where to place it and I want something like the kraken on it so I can air all 4 tires at once.

Under drivers seat. Many companies make mounts. I have this one.

I found a mount in the engine bay on the driver side. It has 2 bolts on a plate that is Vertical. I think if you do a heat shield, it might work. I don’t know about the ARB size and if it would fit.

You are only about 10,000 miles behind me. That might be the way I go on the compressor when my small ARB wears out. Here are my mods so far......

Warn EVO 10000 lb Winch
Midland 75-822 mobile/handheld CB
Kenwood TH-D72 ham radio
Magellan TRX7 GPS
ARB Fridge/Freezer 50 Qt.
Fire Extinguisher mounted to roll bar
Moebulb Roll Bar Storage Bags
M.O.R.E. Oil Pan/Transmission skid plate
Next Venture Motorsports 392 muffler skid plate

XRecon, Where did you mount your ham radio? Do you have pictures?

Picked up 6/30/22. Almost 36k on ours. Loved every minute of it!

Are both of those radios mounted to a single stud on grab bar?
Yes, it is a 1/2 inch ball from CMM Off-road with a RAM extension arm to the JeepUniq radio mount.

Wow, and three months less time than me, very impressive. Is it all fun trips or work related?
Combo of both!

As y’all know it’s hard to not drive it when it is just sitting there looking ready to roll!

Heading to MO in march, then rolling to Rado end of June to rip the beast through Blackbear and Imegine to nab some badges!

Can you say EPIC!

Strength in numbers if any y’all are feeling it…I’ll keep you posted with the plans!

Enjoy, I know I will!

About to pass 3k miles on my '23 392. I'm averaging about 5k miles per year since I rotate with using other vehicles in the household.

36k miles
Got mine Oct 2021, first year was around 13k miles
This year kind of went bonkers, another 23k miles - three major trips.
Gas mileage has improved as it has gotten broken in, I'll often calculate mid-17 to mid-18's during travel. Rough off-road trails are another story, 10 mpg is what I usually assume when figuring my range.

Vehicle hasn't missed a beat. Two minor issues, took it in just before warranty expired - the rear defrost cable had come loose and a torn CV boot. Both covered quickly with no issues.

Really pleased with the vehicle in every way.
OK, maybe every way except the initial price tag :-)

Yeah, I normally don't put more than 10k/yr but I have taken more road trips than usual this year. I also just like driving this beast.
I have 34,000 km, so about 20k miles on mine. Most of my driving is the journey to the desert and back. Ironically I just handed it back to the stealer dealer yesterday as I had the locker warning light come on, common problem I believe with the sensor seal not being good and liquid getting in and messing with it. Should be fixed today.
