I’ve been in the 392 facebook groups for years and the regular JL Forums, but just found you guys. I’m on my second hydro blue 392, after I rolled my first one.

Here’s my 22 that I swapped most of my parts onto and installed a Genright cage-

Welcome! As you will find out, this is a great forum! Now, we need to know what happened in picture #1.

Do you have more pics or a video to share? I don't have FB, well, I have it but don't use it (haven't for more than 10yrs).

Welcome aboard. Nice looking 392 you've got there. Who makes that front bumper?

I was doing a donut in the sand like I’ve done 10,000 times before. But I caught some super soft wet sand that was covered with dry blown over top. It hooked so fast, I had no time to react or steer into it, I was just on my roof.

It’s a Poison Spyder Bruizer bumper. I bought it when they were still in business in 2019, not sure of their status currently. This is the 3rd Jeep I’ve had it on now.

I hope you didn't get hurt too bad! Glad you are here to share the story. Sigh. The prices we sometimes pay for fun.

We were fine. It was actually my first rollover in 25 years of wheeling- of course it never happened in my $5000 XJ, it had to be a 100k Jeep 🤦🏼‍♂️

We had a busy summer planned though, with the Jeep. So I slapped in a junkyard windshield and new passenger mirror and have been using it for 7 months now. Even did Black Bear Pass

The LOD slider , is it a good step to get in and out ? I've been looking at that slider , but have concerns on how good it will work as a step ? I'm tall but wife and daughter are on the shorter side.

Welcome to the site! That is on my trail bucket list, beautiful.

Welcome to the site! That is on my trail bucket list, beautiful.
I live in Co and we try to hit it once a year. Stay in Montrose or Telluride and you can hit 5 of 6 Badge of honor trails over 2 to 3 days. IMHO, Poughkeepsie’s rating is spot on and the others are 2-3’s, absolutely beautiful, and we don’t even bother going up unless Black Bear Pass is open because it is next-level beautiful 😍

For Holy Cross, we try to hit it a few times a year… For Holy Cross, we camp close to the trail and there are numerous spots that are free and easily support even the largest diesel (pushers) RV’s +trailer. The trail will take a full day and I would plan another 2 days to explore the trails in the immediate area.

Lastly, Moab is just down the street from all of them & approximately 5.5 hours from my house… but we avoid July because it’s 🥵

Welcome to the forum @1996cc - Glad you found us! Be sure to check out the next photo of the month contest starting on the 1st!

I step on it every time I get in and out. I love them, this set is now on its 3rd Jeep. The step is also over 2” lower than some of the body mount sliders like Motobilt. Also pivot on rocks and trees all the time with them, they are rock solid!
