I am sure many of you also share a passion for cooking, grilling, etc., so let us see what you’re cooking! I’ll start -

Fresh Market had loin back ribs BOGO this week so that’s what we are having for dinner tonight! I’m doing two racks Kansas City style and one rack Memphis Dry Rub.

Looks great! Lots of cold beer drinking watching them slow cook🤠enjoy.
 
Well here was tonight’s finished product...I love my baby back...baby back...baby back ribs!

About to throw 20lbs of baby back ribs on the smoker. Used the same recipe as last time since they turned out so well!!

This came out great. Bourbon cracked pepper Marinated Tritip. Applewood smoked. Indirect kamado to internal 170. Wrapped in foil with shiitake mushrooms , Fresno 🌶, red onion, garlic , butter, steak sauce. Back on at 500* until medium well.

Dude, I’m from Texas and will freely admit Tennessee has the best BBQ on the planet!

Wow, really? I haven't been to Tennessee but I hope to make a trip out there soon!
Let me know if you ever make it out to Tennessee. I live 45 minute from AOP and 1.25hr from Windrock.
