Commander Pedal Problem with Dealers

Hey everyone, my left rear axle started leaking bad. I got 9400 miles on it. I have an appt to take it in the dealer, Im gonna un-marry the tazer, but do you guys remove the commander pedal too? Thanks

Only way I think it would come up is if they see the actual unit/cables. If you have it tucked away, I'd probably roll the dice and leave it in.
 
One has nothing to do with the other. Even if they saw it (doubtful), they couldn’t void your warranty on a leaky line.

The first time I brought it in for warranty work I removed it. The second time, I said F it and left it in. Its clearly visible. Anyways, they never mentioned it.
