Buzzing From Throttle Body

I have noticed a humming sound from the throttle body when the ignition is on. If I unplug the connector on the throttle body the sound stops and doesn't return when I plug it back in. If I cycle the ignition it returns. It not that noticeable with the hood closed and no other issues.. Hoping its normal and its just warming up knowing it is going to supply a massive amount of fuel to keep the Hemi happy.

Yeah. I noticed that too one day I had the hood open and on without engine started for about 15 min. The high pitch buzzing never went away.
