Seems that there are quite a few folks from Phoenix on this forum. Do any of you have any pro or con recommendations for local dealers for maintenance work?

Any thoughts on Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep off Pima Rd?

Thanks

Good luck finding an honest and reliable dealership service department. I use a Jeep only family owned shop in my area. They are the only ones that service/modify my Jeep. Hopefully, you can find the same. Good luck!

Based on the lack of responses you might be right.

@Excaliburitto What kind of maintenance are you looking for? We are in Chandler and perform a lot of what the dealer would do, with some exceptions. Feel free to reach out to me or @Todd@DoetschOffRoad with any requests, we would love to earn your business!

Thanks @jeepguru, I have your contact saved, but I have an extended Jeep warranty and I think I have to go to dealer for it to be honored, thus my question.

Anyone can do routine maintenance on their Jeep and not effect the warranty. Just need to keep good records and receipts.

Understood. Still I'd like to know if anyone recommends any Jeep dealerships in PHX for their service department.

I would recommend the Peoria dealership. Moore Chrysler on Bell Rd. My wife and I both have 392's and - thus far - we've had good experiences with them.

I also had a great experience with their parts department in the past. Great service and pricing, not something normally associated with a dealer. Good to hear your experience with them.
