Any issues Swapping factory 35’s to 37’s, other than travel at full articulation.

What do you guys think about the Milestar Patagonia M/T 02 37’s on stock suspension? The factory 35 BFG KO2’s seem a little small. I saw Matt’s Off Road Recovery (YouTube) put them on a factory 23 Rubicon 392 with no issues. They seem to be a decent tire, tired of the tight sipping on he BFG’s, rocks get stuck in the treads when going on gravel roads and fly off at highway speeds hitting under carriage and other vehicles that are too close. Just curious if any others out there have any thoughts?

I am almost stock suspension (1in spring spacers front and rear) and run 37's when off-road. Everything clears fine but if you are planning to off-road and flex the suspension you will want to remove the stock 1in rear bump stop extensions and add a 2in extension to keep the rear wheels out of the wheel liners.

37’s are fine on the stock suspension but you’ll need to add some bump stop or do a fender chop if you do any moderate offroading.

As for Milestar, they are an okay tire, but not great. You will see a lot of YouTube influencers running them because the manufacturer offers deep discounts to them in exchange for showing them in their videos. Personally, I’m a fan of Cooper STT Pros or Nitto… but I’m only looking for off-road performance and a decent tread life.

Even with stock front bump stops and 37's under full flex the tires still can't even touch the fenders. With the 2in rear bump stop extensions the rear flex is just perfect with the tire just touching the inner fender under full flex

Yup, the rear will flex off is you don’t do anything. Fortunately, the JK clips (less expensive)and a sharp chisel/knife, to trim the opening, are all that’s needed if you break any of the clips in the process.

Just make sure to pay attention to weight of tire if you care about on-road performance. Also load rating. Stock K02’s are C load. An E load rated tire will ride different on-road.

Never had one issue on 37’s with stock suspension . And I’m on ridge grapplers
