Ok, I've been doing some reading, trying to find the actual answer, is amsoil certified, and can it be used in our engines without risking loosing the warranty?

Thank you in advance.

Let me preface this by saying I don't know the answer to your question.

Now let me ask this: Have you ever heard of a dealer ordering an oil analysis to try and deny a warranty claim because they suspected you didn't use the exact brand they recommend for your engine?

When I asked my dealer the best way to go about me keeping my warranty they said to keep all of the receipts, and date everything, so if I were to run Amsoil, and later have an issue (Unrelated to using Amsoil), they could try to use that to deny the claim, we know they love to try to deny anything, and everything for no reason at all.

Sounds like something a dealer would say!

I plan to run Amsoil in my 392 after the first oil change either way.

Saw a guy on Gladiator forum complaining that they voided his warranty for using Amsoil.

What is it with Amsoil? Is it pissoil or something?

Has Amsoil caused problems/damage to any other brand of vehicle. I've never used it, but have heard nothing bad about them.

Everything I've heard about them has always been great, I am not worry about how well it might work, but about the dealer not covering a warranty claim because one uses an oil "not in their list". (Meaning, from a vendor that they have some kind of deal with).
