Anyone care to share there opinion on All weather floor mats for the Wrangler 392. I have had Weather Tech in other vehicles and i feel they do a good job. My only complaint is they are hard to get looking clean again once you use them for a while. The Mopar ones look good as well. I see there are a handful of other options out there.

Go https://goarmorlite.com/ Best decision I made concerning the flooring.

I went with the Rugged Ridge all weather floor mats. They fit perfectly and are designed more like the Mopar all weather mats for the JK, which I like better than the Mopar JL ones.

I am still waiting on my 392 but for removable floor mats I am leaning towards the WeatherTech option. I like that they come up much higher on the center console and footwells than the Mopar Mats. And I prefer the one piece design in the back seat vs the two piece Mopar mats. I also like that they are made right here in the USA.

On the down side they don't have all the cool Jeep logos and easter eggs or built in cutouts for the drain plugs that are on the OEM Mopar mats. But honestly if I found myself in deep enough water that it got in the cabin I would strip everything out and pull the drain plugs first chance I got and let it all air out for a good long while.

Here are 2 good videos showing the difference between the Jeep Mopar mats and the WeatherTech mats:

The ARMORLITE looks solid as hell, but I kinda want to keep the carpet so my wife feels like it's a "Luxury SUV" not the fire snorting beast that it truly is.

I went to order the weathertech mats for the front and back. They do not have 2022 in their dropdown box, only 2021. Is there any difference in the 2-year models that would cause them not to fit? I reached out to weathertech and they told me they are waiting to get their hands on a 2022 but wouldn't confirm if the 2021 would fit. Thanks

I believe the interiors are the same. It is my understanding. That the only difference between the two years is the start up screen

I am planning a separate thread but I just got Quadratec Ultimate mats all around and I am very impressed! They fit very very well. My only minor complaint is that the floor mats for front/row seating are a different material than the cargo area.

I went with the Mopar ones and they worked well. But I added the big boy seat extender so I can slide the seat back a little further and now the ones in the back don't lay down flat bc it has different brackets. Gotta figure something out there.

I prefer the MOPAR just for the Jeep logos and "easter eggs" but to your point @dblplay1212 I may rethink that and go with the WeatherTech since they extend under the seats further.

The further they go under the seat, the bigger this issue if you have the seat extender. The bracket for the seat extender is longer so that's why they don't lay flat.

The seat extender is nice but the brackets go 6" further back so the mat isn't built for that. Probably going to trim them. Or maybe lay the mat down and then put the bracket on top of it and have the bolt go through the mat. But then I'd never be able to take the mats out to clean them.

Ah! Gotcha! Yup, probably going to have to trim. Try to make a straight-line cut that would be hidden under the bracket with the cutout around the mounting point... maybe?

I'm not sure I've ever heard of a seat extender, does anyone have more info on this?

Wow, just goes to show you can spend a decade with a hobby and still learn new things every day. Literally have never heard of these. I'm "only" 6'1'' but I do use the very last position for the slider on my seat in the JK. I'll have to keep this thing in mind! It would be pretty convenient to be able to slide back an extra 5" to put boots on etc. Thanks for the link!

Ordered and received the Weathertech Front, Rear and Cargo area mats. They didn't have my mats listed for a 2022 so I ordered the 2021 ones and they fit great.

Hallelujah!! I'm 6'3" and these would work perfectly for me...when they are back in stock.

BTW - I think I'm going the route of WeatherTech. They have been my go-to over the past few years.

Not sure that I’ll ever get my Mopar all-weather floor mats that were ordered with my 392.

In the meantime, I need something. Quadratec’s are sold out. On the Weathertech front, it appears that they now make an “HP” floor liner. Anyone have any experience with these?

I just received these and have found them to fit well. They seem "better" than my old mats for another make/model from them. And, for what it's worth, I liked that these provided more coverage on the side and underneath the gas pedal. This is why I went with them.

Are you referring to the Weathertech HP’s?

That’s probably what I’ll go with.
