Here's a brand new 2024 392 that will be featured at the upcoming SEMA Show in Las Vegas! We're going to install TeraFlex's new Alpine RT log-arm coilover conversion system, Addictive Desert Designs' new front & rear Phantom series bumpers, Doetsch Off-Road 2.5-TON 7075 Aluminum Steering Kit, Nemesis Industries' Crawler Ultimate Clearance highline front & rear fenders with their new Falcon Coilover compatible inner liners, a host of Oracle Lighting's LED products like their Oculus Switchback headlights and Sidetrack turn signals, RockJock Anti-Rock sway bars, S&B intake, Magnaflow rock crawler dual exhaust and a bunch more.

The icing on the cake will be a full color change over to a KPMF Matte Iced Pink Titanium vinyl wrap with Fusion Pink accents from dipyourcar.com!! It'll be a Barbie Jeep on STEROIDS!! 😜🤣😅😂

Next up is cutting the front axle spring perches off as well as the lower shock mounts, in order to weld on these new BEEFY TeraFlex coilover/lower control arm brackets. New front axle-side bump stop pad brackets will also get welded in.

In the rear, just the lower shock mounts get cut off for new coilover/lower control arm brackets.

This is how stupid Jeep dealer is in Stone Mountain GA. I got deal all worked out got them down on the price. They even sent me quote in writing. Then they come back after telling me they are good for Zero % financing and then say oh that offer is not good on 392. They want 7% in interest. $7500.00 interest in 3 years. told them to reduce the price by that and you got a deal. waiting to hear back. cant see them doing it. but nobody is buying jeeps 2nd quarter sales are down 17% so we shall see.

UPDATE:
Got all of the OEM frame brackets cut off and cleaned up, so we could weld on the TeraFlex long-arm brackets. Though not required, we also cut off the front & rear OEM axle spring perches just to de-clutter the axles. The Alpine IR adjustable control arms were set at spec for now, until we can get it on the ground and take caster measurements.

Up front, the OEM upper spring/bumpstop brackets were completely removed in favor of TeraFlex's new coilover brackets. There's alot of work involved with this, including working around the steering pump and removing the intake, which we took advantage of to install an S&B intake. Once in place, we also installed the TeraFlex front Speedbumps.

Now this system requires a specific Mopar caliper in order for the rear brake lines to clear the new axle-side coilover bracket and coilover. We unfortunately did not have the correct caliper, so we upgraded to a set of TeraFlex's Delta Brakes which re-orientate the brake line fitting to the top of the caliper, clearing everything. These are a 4 piston caliper with the same flow rate as factory 2-piston calipers — 4 pistons move each side half the distance instead of 2 pistons only moving 1 side the full distance. It also includes 14"x1.25" vented rotors. On a side note - we checked three different 392 Jeeps at the shop and they all had the same caliper part #, which is the one TeraFlex says is NOT compatible with their coilover suspension kit. When we researched the compatible caliper, it requires you to switch back to thinner, non-vented rotors (all 392s have factory vented rotors). So take that for what it's worth when deciding which direction you want to go with your brakes.

UPDATE:
We just installed the Doetsch Off-Road 7075 Aluminum 2.5-TON Steering Kit, consisting of our tie rod and drag link - available here for 10% off with coupon code "JEEP392" - DOETSCH JEEP JL STEERING

Plus a Falcon 2.2 NEXUS EF Steering stabilizer with 3-way adjustability, front & rear Rock Jock Antirock sway bars which deliver phenomenal om-road control and off-road articulation without ever having to electronically or manually disconnect your sway bar, the front TeraFlex Delta brakes got installed and gravity bled, along with the rears, and finally a Magnaflow cat-back hi-clearance dual exhaust system which eliminates the giant silly muffler hanging off the back end. The exhaust also now grumbles like the 392 should. 💪

Skipping leg day is NOT ok, but we need to roll it out for a little bit to work on other projects. Plus the Adams Driveshafts should be here today and then we can actually drive it around. This also gives you an idea of what the TeraFlex Coilover kit looks like at its lowest ride height.

Just got the S&B Cold Air Intake installed. It's a pretty straight forward DIY project. I chose the cotton extendable filter since the dust here in Arizona is so bad, and the constant cleaning would kill the dry extendable.

You can purchase it on our website by clicking ---> Jeep 392 S&B Intake, and it ships for FREE, usually same day!

For any one interested, here's the bench tests on this intake vs the stock unit - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1msV7FQ5jxdcA5jf1UnFSqW09Qc1sp3o-/view
