After doing several modifications over the last several months to my 392, I decided to see what it weighs now....Took it to the local rock supply place that has a truck scale. So, with a full tank of gas and me in the seat (190) it came out to 7,100 pounds....holly cow!! My basic list of add-on is: MC full skids + muffler skid, MC 3 1/2" game changer lift, Fox 2.5 DSC shocks, 37" STT Pro tires w/spare, Vision Nemesis 17" wheels, RSE Gen 3 steps with additional skids, Hyline rear bumper, Warn EV 10S winch, and probably 200Lbs of misc stuff. Curious....what are other folks getting for after mod weights?

That sounds crazy. C&D reported 5200# or so. Hard to see the above adding up to almost 2k lbs.
I chose lightweight stuff for mine. Aluminum sliders. Probably close to a wash after removing stock rails. Quadratec stealth winch with synthetic line. Did not want to pork mine up too much. I love the acceleration and don't plan on much off roading with this one.

Jeep states that the GVW is 6100 lbs....I'm still wondering what other 392's a tipping the scale at...

I think that gravel yard is pork barreling weight tickets. My 3/4 ton Cummins on d60/d90s weighs in at 7600# with me in it an 30 gallons of fuel. A 7100# 392 would crush d44s…

That's what I'm wondering...still waiting for another modified 392 to step on the scale...😁

Got a scale here at my work. I'll take a look at what mine weighs. Don't have nearly the amount of hardware that you have, but will scale it regardless. Will report back when complete.

Looking forward to seeing your results....the next closest scale to me is about 50 miles away....I still can't believe the 7100#....This beast continues to amaze me with its raw power....even after loading it up with armor and accessories....

Drove to the nearest CAT scale, 100 miles round trip....
The results are....with full tank of gas....without me inside:
Front: 3030 Lbs.
Rear: 2980 Lbs.
Full on: 6060 Lbs.
Sounds more reasonable than 7100 Lbs.

My prediction for the next post will be “why has my 392 MPG‘s gone down?” 🤣
