2025 Rubicon 392
I have a 2025 392 which was purchased in June. Does Jeep release regular software updates for the 392 and if so, what is the process to update the vehicle with the latest software version?
Thanks, Mark

Uconnect will release software updates automatically. You can check www.driveuconnect.com if you want to view versions.

Thanks for that information. Helpful. What about the Jeep software that controls the operations of the Jeep? I.e. dashboard, sensors, etc. Are there occasional updates software or firmware?

In the 392... No... thankfully. 🙏

The dealer can update stuff via the OBD port using a scan tool such as tire size or TSB 08-151-25 that locks down the Radio Frequency Hub Module (RFHM) and prevents a cloned key FOB from being made to steal the jeep. But in the 392 basically it's the old school "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." applies... not so true in the 4Xe where they released an over-the-air update that had a bug that could brick the jeep and cause it to shut down randomly while your driving. Now they have to issue a recall for the update. wtf...
I love the 392, no auto start/stop (a performance exhaust button in it's place) and no OTA updates to my old school V8 gas McLovin engine.
