Now that I know that a 392 Recon has hit the dealer has anyone seen what they claim as the fuel economy on the window sticker?

I wouldn't worry about it, the 392 gets way better than the V6 Rubicon.

I am trying to decide if I want to take the one I ordered or keep the one I have. There are pros and cons to both.

I seriously doubt they had to re-test the mileage. My guess is they were able to use the same test as the regular 392. There is no way a vehicle with bigger tires and higher gears is going to get EXACTLY the same mileage.

I'd chalk it up to a rounding error... the gearing change makes up for the tire size... almost.
At 80mph it's running 200rpm more. Figure just around 150 at 65mph so the difference in efficiency for HWY is negligible. Again, that's highway.

I'd like to hear your pros and cons. After what we went through to get our 392 I don't think I would want to do it again.

The pro is I run 37's and the 3.73 is not the right gear for the 37's so the 4.56 would be better.

The Pro is my dealer is amazing and is getting me out of the 392 and in to the recon without losing a penny including accessories.

The Con is I might get a lemon and I have to do the accessories all over again.

I had one of the very first orders in for the 392 in the entire country so it was not hard to get at all, I feel your pain there.

Yeah, ours was a 7 month ordeal.... you only live once.
