Hey y'all. I have a Sting Grey 392 that I am not going to have the funds for, and should be at the dealership between July 10 and July 15. Currently on the train now.
I'm not looking to make any money on the deal, I'm just looking to get my deposit back.
Hard Top.

Hi, sorry to hear. I may be interested. What’s the full build? Thanks!

Hardtop
Hinge Gate REinforcement
Tow package
HT Headliner
Mesh sunbonnet top
Front camera

I should have also mentioned. Dealer has a $5K ADM. It didn't bother me, but apparently, some people are not OK with that.

If interested, please let me know.

Got it. The sky roof is a must-have for me. Thanks though.

FL dealer told my friend same thing about a deposit and I have a dealers license and showed him how to file a complaint as I am pretty sure its a federal law.

He filled out complaint form and the inspector went out and they called him to tell him his check was at the reception desk to come get it. It was a 5k deposit.

Dealers dont want consumers to know where to get the form or where to file it etc. I have a dealer friend in Texas let me shoot him a text for you.

Beginning to end from the time my friend dropped off the form until he got his money was 3-4 days.

Dealer is nuts they can sell it to themselves like they always do and take it to Manheim auction and make 10k in minutes, why they want to piss off a local customer is nuts, on a Jeep thats in demand and a color thats popular.

I agree, it's not cool, as they will sell it within a couple days if not less.
Smess; any leads on the complaint form? I'm not trying to rock any boats, but I think it's fair for a deposit return unless they get stuck with the vehicle, which they won't in this market.
Any help would be appreciatied!!!!
Thanks.

Anybody else got any ideas to help me get my deposit back?
Or anyone else interested in this 392?

Back in 2005, there was a dealer that would not return my mom a deposit for her car. I went to the local DMV (following someone's advice) and I was told about a branch of the DMV that oversees dealers. This branch was separate from the regular DMV where we get our licenses, etc. It was an office. I was given a form, took the blank form back to the dealer, and told them I was about to file a complaint. In 5 min, I had my mom's deposit. I don't know if that's still the case. Try that. Let us know.

Is this one still available?

Was the 392 at Nyle Maxwell on 620? I just saw one on their lot today.
