23 Anniversary edition

Any word on the Rubicon anniversary edition for 2023? I’ve been holding off ordering but my fear now is that it might not happen. I’ll pull the trigger next month most likely.

I have one on order and will just get both (if one is released) and sell the non.

Talk to your dealer. They may work with you on it where you get an order in now and can switch to 20A if/when released.

It’s tough since we never know when they’ll pull things. We saw it in 22 when we couldn’t get XR after March and when banks closed entirely in April.

Sucks but 20th isn’t happening.I know that for a fact.Anydealer that putting you on a list for one.Is blowing smoke up your butt.

Corporate.I was waiting myself .So that’s why I grabbed a 22xr and ordered a 23xr..Asked if if I should wait for a 20rh or order.There respond was order.Never know when they’ll shutdown xr ordering .Anyone wants to wait go for it..I won’t believe anything anydealer says

Well that's unfortunate. I have an XR but now my wife wants one and the anniversary was the logical choice.

I don’t think with supply and shipping problems.Heck there Jeeps sitting in yards forever these days .They can’t afford to offer it.I’ve had a hellcat jailbreak on order for 8 months .Got switched to a 23 now I really think the xr will get shutdown quicker then people .think for 23s.Was told they had more orders for half doors on 23s then 22s.And that will be a holdup .I have them on my 23 order.And it hasn’t been scheduled yet

20th will not happen for ‘23. That doesn’t mean it won’t happen. If you want a 392, I suggest you order one now.

My understanding is that it’s temporary until they can secure more chips and components for another wave of production. Many of the 392 parts, especially XR pieces are supply constrained.

Well shit, nothing against anyone else, but I trust what you say. If it doesn't happen for 2023, I can't see it happening. It wouldn't be a 20th anniversary any other year lol.

Same here with half doors and XR. Order confirmed 6/9, VIN right away, day 73 and still not scheduled.

Today I ordered another 392 in Reign. XR was available, however the trail rail system was not. Other than that was able to get everything else I wanted plus an extra satin black grille. This will be wife’s ride so I can drive mine more!

I'm the GM of Bolton CDJR in SE Texas. I ordered one yesterday for someone. That being said, dealers usually get no warning when something is changing. For 2022 model 392s, one day the XR package is available, the next day it wasn't, no warning for us dealers. As a Jeep enthusiast for decades. I'm very hopeful there will be a Anniversary Edition. But we have no inside information on that. Believe me I tried to find out. I have a 2022 XR, but would most likely grab an Anniversary Edition if they become available. BTW I'm ordering and selling for well below invoice if I can help anyone.

If they don't do this, I'd love to see someone who is handy with badge production make one for us just to slap on our rigs somewhere. Something like the 75A badge, but a silhouette outline of a TJ with '2003' beside it and "Twenty Years" underneath.

Probably not lookin good for it. I thought I remember someone saying if they did announce, September would be the month.

Who knows, maybe they stopped XR to save up parts for a 23A? We can still hope.

i ordered mine 2 months ago, i was told possible a new decal on the hood, new grill,
also on board air system. but i dont think anything is going to happen. i was also told last year for the 392
in a wrangler.
