I'm anxiously waiting for some exhaust and engine mods to come available for our 392 beasts.

Haven't seen any yet.

Has anyone else found anything?

Thanks in advance!

What would be the supposed advantage to Borla? Only negative thing I have heard about 392 exhaust is the drone while in loud mode.

Vid was 4 months ago so it's dialed in. Quite a few on FB have this. Livernois is solid. Made some fast HC's.

It's not bad

go to AEV site tp Forum and go to classifieds at bottom. Guy has a set go exhaust for sale they used on 6'4's that AEV built as the R&D for this project. See if that can be used on our application.

I agree, Livernois is well established. I would really like to see 50-60 horsepower gains for 700 dollars. Hopefully they can squeeze a few more ponies and possibly add some of the competitors well known attributes.

Magnaflow has 1 exhaust out for it.. no active option yet... but working on it
Borla is working on it
AFE has 3 different systems out. (All of these expensive and unimpressive)

It's not offensively loud

Yes, 100% the ONLY exhaust to get for this beast is the GTHaus! I've been running their Ti on my 700hp Giulia QV build for 3 years now and it's been flawless and GLORIOUS! As a repeat customer and enthusiast, if you want to get one of these recommend DM'ing me for info on how you can get one at discount for not much work, and I'm happy to make an intro to the right person there. Note they have the OEM exclusive for Mopar etc...the quality, testing, dyno/track etc. they do on these systems in world class, fitment is 100%, materials and craftsmanship are flawless and the sound is just unreal compared to the run of the mill stuff from borla, flowmaster, etc. Here's a link for the exhaust options and tips etc. The first run will be done end of Feb, and they have their 392 shop Jeep already under the knife getting tested. They know this engine inside and out... https://gthaus.com/product/jeep-wrangler-rublcon-392-5-7-hemi-v8-2021/

Happy to help, answer any questions, etc. It will work exactly as stock with the activation via dash button and ECU, etc. Truly glorious sound!

Side by side with borla and stock in a different but similar application:

I get my 392 in about 8-12 weeks... on pins and needles! Hailing from Woodlands, TX!

So I’m dreaming a bit but recall the old side exhaust on my CJ7 with fender well headers. More of a modern twist would be something like the TRX concept truck but molded into rock rail for the 392. That’s one I’d buy!

I had a Borla set up on my GC SRT. I liked it. A tuned exhaust with some data to support the mod.
I was in contact with Borla to get in on the prototype and development but couldn’t get mine to them in time. I know their system will be compatible with the OEM performance system with manual valves.

Aside from good sound, I’m more interested in seeing who makes a tuned system to get some gains, however nominal.

I like it but as for trail functionality this would get crushed!

For $5k?
I’d rather get an S/C and do custom or Borla.

Thanks for the post, ordered mine for GTHaus as well based on your video and the fact that they have the OEM exclusive for Mopar.

Absolute no-brainer.

Even comparing the exhausts on the video you posted there's no comparison.

Had my wife do a blind A/B test to see which one she thought sounded best and she immediately picked #1.

The video Borla put out specifically put out for the 392 sounds a lot like the comparison in your video on the Grand Cherokees.

Borla sounds cheap, tinny, and constrained.

GT Haus sounds like a monster. - SOLD
