I'm with you on the Fathom Blue. I wonder if it's the "pearl coat" like what comes on the Chrysler Pacifica.

I had the same thing in both my ‘20 JT and my 20A 392. Read a forum on the JL page where someone suggested a different USB cable and/or USB adapter. I bought some USB (A) to USBC adapters and switched to the braided Apple USBC cable. No issue since.
I think it really comes down to the cheap...
I have to say after seeing this thread and seeing this YouTube video, I'm glad I got my 20A...

@TheBeast23 - I totally agree with you and I’m sorry your Jeep wasn’t delivered as it should have been. That sucks. Not much you can do but walk away. Maybe have the dealer order you at ‘24 and sell it to you below invoice. ;)
Agreed. Dealer "fixed" the back of the seat...used a heat gun on it which made it soft and was able to get it to rub out...looks fine now.
They are replacing the plastic tray that sits in the bumper under the spare...had several scratches in it...assuming from loading in the half doors.
Not...
For those who have received theirs...how was your finish quality? I had a few finish/quality issues. Had some scratches in plastic areas from them loading the half doors in (my gosh they pack those tight) in the vehicle. The paddle shifters both have blemishes in them...all minor...
Don't know if this helps for those who have a status of "shipped"...but mine showed shipped on 5/19 and arrived at the dealer on 6/4 which was a Sunday (kinda weird). Took delivery on 6/6 after some cleanup.
