That's the first time I seen the stock wheels with the factory bead locks. I must say they look really good. Much better than I thought they would. Nice looking Jeep!
I'm going to use Maximus-3 set up on mine incase I decide to flat tow it. I still have a JK for flat tow and running trails with. I have the brackets but I have not installed them yet. You may want to call them and see if you can uses their bracket with their winch mount.
Those are listed ay 34.76". The BFG KO2 315/70/17 are listed at 34.4" and mine just touches the bumper. I think the biggest variation is in the selected tire.
I did a charity poker run last Saturday. There were 5 there including mine. All different color's. At this point I have seen every color except red locally. The White one I had seen previous was a sheriffs vehicle!
The Tazer does allow for this when installed on a 392, the traction control would need to be off to have that function. I can only assume but with the Tazer installed the traction control off may disengage the clutch in the transfer case either through the Tazer settings or when you do it...
I have no Tazer so maybe that's the difference?
Mine definitely did not switch to 2wd. Maybe with the Tazer turning off traction control does not Engauge the transfer case.
Okay you guys got me off the couch to try this. Had to know. I did not find it allows 2wd mode. Mine disables collision and esc control but still sends power to the front wheels. Even took it off the pavement to be sure.
Your Jeep looks good, I like the stance and back spacing and style of the wheels.
I personally don't like milled finish or polished on anything later than the TJ but still think CJ's and TJ's can pull off the classic look. I would change the color of the wheels if it were mine, not that they...
I have used Powdertech here locally with good success. If they have something close they do a good job with the paint.
I know the wait is difficult but its worth it. You will have a lot of fun with it.
I know it probably does not help much but you gain a 1/2" on the stock wheel when you use the optional bead lock rings.
The color on the OG wheel is pretty dark. I don't think I have seen it on another wheel so powder paint may be the best option for color and just find a wheel that matched the...
Yes many have ordered and even received 392's from dealers that were past the allocation allotment and Jeep picked them up. If you have a VIN Jeep has accepted the order and it should be built but these are crazy times so anything could happen I guess as we approach end of the year and shortages...
I went with the Maximus 3 on the 392 because I did not want to loose clearance on the Jeep but still wanted to keep the factory bumper. On the JK I flat tow with a Smitty built XRC2 bumper that is built to be flat towed.
I have it but Have not had time to install it yet. It does require...
I spend some time over at JLWrangler and kind of enjoy the back and forth and from time to time and sometimes proving the stupidity in the comments from time to time. I don't take it personally because to be honest I just don't care what others might think but do enjoy throwing some fuel on the...
