    Power Steering HOT Warning?

I have tried just about everything to keep my power steering pump from overheating. I'm on my 3rd power steering pump at 8,000 miles. I've cut the inner fender well out to provide more air. Installed the Apex power steering cooler and nothing seems to help. If you use your Tazer to run your...

    Running Hot

Coolant runs as hot as 235 then the fan turns on and cools it down to around 200. I wouldn't really care about the coolant temperature as I know this is normal. The problem is it overheats my power steering pump. I'm on my 3rd power steering pump at 8,000 miles. I've added the Apex power...

Only 37 miles and problem #1 SMH

I had the same problem with a torn boot. You can’t purchase the boot so I purchased a whole new axle assembly.

    Locker or Tazer Problem?

I had this happen a few times and later I got the SVC 4WD light. I changed the transfer case fluid and it was dark black. I would do a transfer case fluid change, or at least check the color of it. I haven't had a problem since I changed the transfer case fluid. I make sure to not use 4H Auto...

Full-time four-wheel-drive driveline vibration with lift

I'm running the MetalCloak 1310 driveshaft also with no vibration. I installed the lift myself and set the control arms as per the instructions. So far drives straight and no vibration. It drove so good after the lift installation I've never had it aligned. Currently have about 7,000 miles on...

Full-time four-wheel-drive driveline vibration with lift

Everybody on the forum needs to email TeraFlex and get them to build us a driveshaft. I emailed them a couple of times and I'm sure if there was big enough demand they would build one. I'm lucky and have no vibration on my 2021 392 running the 3.5" MC Gamechanger lift. But I'm getting tired of...

Full-time four-wheel-drive driveline vibration with lift

Wonder how hard it would be to purchase the FAD motor and install it on the 392. I'm sure somebody on here could figure this out. Or setup a manual cable to lock and unlock the front FAD.

I've been running this on my 392 for 6 months, works great. And yes it fits with the sway bar disconnect.

Full-time four-wheel-drive driveline vibration with lift

If we could talk Teraflex into making this driveshaft for the 392 if would fix out problems.

Full-time four-wheel-drive driveline vibration with lift

I have thought off removing the FAD plate and installing the electric FAD disconnect motor found on all the other JL's. Then use your Tazer to run rear wheel drive. Seems like it would work.

Full-time four-wheel-drive driveline vibration with lift

Hopefully it's just a bad driveshaft. My friend and I have the same lift and we are both running between 6.3 & 6.4 caster. I have 8500 miles on mine and my friend has 22,000 miles. So far we have not had any vibrations.

School Me On Rock Sliders (aka: rocker guards) Steps

I went with the RSE and the additional slider skid plates. I've installed 3 sets of these and the install was not to bad. Hardest part is loosening the body bolts. As far as washing them you just flip the off and on switch and when they drop turn the power off and they will stay down which...
