Update: The vehicle sold the same day my management announced it was available to the rest of the staff. I was only able to do 5k over because that is what was agreed to when the order was made (and customer backed out because of the long wait) it went for 15k over.

I only posted it here as it was a fair price 5k over and I was referred to this website by a cool guy a met at my dealership.

But best of luck to you all.

I have a 392 XR that just became available. We are asking 5k over, yet when they add it to the website on Friday it will be 15k over. We are located in South Bay California. Message me if you are interested

Actually very fair pricing for one on the lot in California!

That's what I am saying!!! lol the only reason we can do it is because it has not hit the website yet. Friday will be a different situation hahaha

Good price. Hope it sells FAST. I need the market value to stay up on these 2022 XRs at least until I have time to sell one of mine. I'm pretty sure the wife (and the bank) are not going to allow me to keep both of them.

Sucks because after today it will be at 10 or 15k. I work for the dealer and it would have been awesome to see someone catch something reasonable for a 392 in the wild

And my manager just came in asking about it ahhaha

Even better! If it sells for $15k over MSRP, that won’t hurt my feelings at all! My plan is to sell the one I currently own with less than 2k miles on it and to keep the one being built now. Although, I’m already in love with the one I have, it’s a lease, and I really prefer to just buy it outright.

Hahahaha I mean it is good for me too but at the same time I have an opportunity to give a decent deal. Yet, I am fine with getting 15 over lol

I mean, the way I see it, if you didn’t have to wait 6 months like I did, then I don’t feel bad that you have to pay a premium for this wonderful beast! We paid our premiums in anxiety and desire. Lol.

That is accurate and now we are up to 10k, which is better than 15k.

I mean, good luck but I highly doubt this is the place to advertise an ADM+ vehicle.

Probably a good idea to update the original post with new price!

Why not? Do you think everyone who comes across this forum is willing to wait 6+ months to get their dream Jeep? Especially now that were' in the heart of Jeep season in most of the country? Now, you might not find that the new owner wants to share that he paid ADM, but I can GUARANTEE you that a fair percentage of the people on this forum did too, whether they admit it or not. Heck, some of the guys on this forum who ordered their 392s AND waited for them to be built ALSO paid an ADM to get one.

No I figured if someone was smart enough to find this forum they were smart enough to find an MSRP dealer or put in an order. The kind of people who pay ADM usually aren't savvy enough to be on a site like this.

I think you overestimate how difficult it is to find this forum. 😂😂😂

Totally missing the actual cost of that ADM is for some. $10k or even $15k is not worth it to wait for some things. It’s all about the timing. I placed my order at the right time to get this fun thing below MSRP, but there are other things that I wouldn’t have thought twice about spending the money to not wait life is short. You can make more money, you can’t make more time. Not saying to be frivolous, just saying sometimes the equation isn’t just dollars and cents, it’s dollars and sense.

See... That's what I'm saying. And I know you are not the only one on this forum who feels this way. A lot of people think if they're already spending $80k for this toy, they'll pay 10% more to have it NOW instead of 6 months from now and if they can swing it, they will. And yes, they are still "smart enough" to find this forum. haha.

White and gray are the most popular vehicle colors in California. I suspect that's part of the reason why you're offering your black Jeep for sale here. Just a guess.

The one I am having built is white and it has CA emissions (whatever that means). So, does that mean I should market it to the CA crowd?

@KungFu392 You can drop it off at my house and throw it on the LA craigslist, I'll take care of it for ya!
